Every one should meditate.
Meditation is very power for anyone who want to control your thought and emotion.
I will suggest a simple 3 step process to follow it.
- Sit in a very relaxing position
- Gently close your eyes.
- Start focusing on heart beat (God is there)
If any thought come in between.
Don't follow thoughts.
Every time new though come.
Just let it go and just get back to your heart.
You can start meditation from 1 minutes to 30 minutes.
Once you will have practice for it. You will thank me later.
